Contact the officeThe Office of the Commissioner of Accounts is appointed by the Circuit Court to supervise the Court-appointed and qualified fiduciaries in the administration of decedent’s estates, testamentary trusts, conservatorships for incapacitated adults and veterans, guardianships of the property of minors, and the audit and approval of real estate foreclosure accountings.
This website was created by the Commissioner of Accounts for Chesterfield County for those fiduciaries as well as any other inquiring creditors and beneficiaries.
